Wim Ravesloot is Senior Project Portfolio Director at Nexaltis Minerals and Azimuth Capital Management. He also serves as CEO of Azimuth portfolio company PureVolt Energy Systems (decarbonized electricity for data centers). Wim previously held various senior leadership positions over a 30-year career at Shell, including Project Director Integrated Gas, Project Director for LNG Canada and Project Director for LNG Portfolio Americas. Wim serves as co-owner and managing partner of MACH10 Energy B.V., a leading performance and reliability consultancy offering machinery advice and guidance to optimize production. Recent engagements include support for the Shell Holland Hydrogen 1 project and other managed joint industry energy transition projects in the North Sea. Prior to MACH10, Wim founded GAWWER Management Consultancy, an entity providing project assurance reviews and supporting organizational excellence in project delivery. Wim holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology.​
