Wim Ravesloot is a Senior Project Portfolio Director at Azimuth Capital Management supporting the advancement of key initiatives within the Firm’s Low Carbon Fuels vertical. Wim has over 30 years of leadership experience in the global energy industry, gained by overseeing mega project development and large scale construction within key energy transition sectors.

Wim is currently the co-owner and managing partner of MACH10 Energy B.V., a leading performance and reliability consultancy offering machinery advice and guidance to optimize production. Recent engagements include support for the Shell Holland Hydrogen 1 project and other managed joint industry energy transition projects in the North Sea. Prior to MACH10, Wim founded GAWWER Management Consultancy, an entity providing project assurance reviews and supporting organizational excellence in project delivery. Prior to these roles, Wim held various senior leadership positions at Shell, including Project Director Integrated Gas, Project Director for LNG Canada and Project Director for LNG Portfolio Americas.

Wim holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
