Virat is an Intern Analyst with the firm. Prior to joining Azimuth Capital Management, Virat worked as an private Equity Intern Analyst at Longbow Capital in the Energy Transition Fund II. He also held roles in consumer discretionary L/S investing and technology investment banking in New York.
Virat is a current Co-op student at Western University, pursuing a specialization in Economics with a minor in Political Science. At university, Virat was selected as one of ten analysts for the Ivey Private Capital Club, offering pro-bono financial advisory to North American Private Capital firms like Fengate Asset Management in Toronto and AXA Venture Partners in Paris. He also served as Podcast Lead for the Ivey Venture Capital Club.
In his free time, Virat enjoys playing chess and soccer, exploring the outdoors through hiking, and collecting watches.
