Harry Brekelmans is a Working Equity Partner with Azimuth and a highly accomplished senior executive with over 30+ years of experience in technical, operational, and strategic roles across various segments at Shell plc. Harry is also a board member of Azimuth portfolio company, Mountain View Clean Energy (MVCE), a platform designed to produce decarbonized hydrogen and hydrogen carriers.

Prior to joining Azimuth, Harry worked at Shell plc. from 1990 – 2023, most recently as the Projects & Technology Director and a Member of the Executive Committee, in which capacity he was accountable for the delivery of Shell’s major oil and gas projects, driving technological and commercial innovation, and providing functional leadership in Engineering, Contracts and Procurement, IT, and Safety and Environment.

Harry also served as Executive Committee member for the World Business Council for Sustainable Development and Exco member for the Xynteo ‘Vikaasa’ coalition, a business lead effort to help accelerate India’s progress towards the attainment of the UN Sustainable Development goals.
